The Inspiration behind Skill Icons
I always liked many of the skill icons in GW, some however look like they had a little inspiration.
Heres and example: [card]Nature's Renewal[/card] and [IMG][/IMG] or a little more obvious one [card]Glimmer of Light[/card] and [IMG][/IMG] and my favorite because it is so different from the icon [card]Resurrect[/card] and [IMG][/IMG] So what do you guys have??? Well, the Luxon skill icons for the Factions PVE skills were obviously designed by some guy who took a look at alpha-edition MTG cards and thought, "Man, that's the best art ever?!" Especially in comparison to the moderately-competant (and fairly stylish, at least) Photoshop hues used for the Kurzicks. Why the Kurzicks always gotta look better?! >_<
